STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
Orders placed by 5:00pm will be delivered next business day, nationwide, depending on stock availability.
Delivery is FREE for all orders placed over £75.00 (excluding VAT). Our normal delivery charge is just £9.95 (excluding VAT)
Deliveries in the local area and Greater London are also free of charge with no minimum order value.
Please note that some furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the alternative delivery date.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery within our locality and Greater London is FREE OF CHARGE. Please contact us to check if your address falls within our local van routes.
Otherwise:
For orders of £75 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
For orders under £75 in value: Delivery will cost £9.95
For orders to the Islands and Scottish Highlands, please add £15.00 to our scale of charges.
RETURNS
Please notify us within 2 working days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. Goods supplied as ordered and subsequently returned as not required will only be accepted for return if unused, in original packaging and resaleable as new.

- Internet order number
- Product code and description of the item(s)

BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date or offer an alternative product.
If the delivery date is unacceptable we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
SHORTAGES
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately to inform us so we can investigate.
